Lyrics

For this Project did four different videos.
Each video brings something new to the table and each song determines what new things arise.
They All had their challenges, mainly syncing up the lyrics with the music.
the last video wouldn't export right so the last word or two is messed up. Surprise surprise that video that wouldn't export right also wont upload on blogger.
Also my third project wont export right so I'm going to put my aftereffects files on the student server.

Project Two ANIMATIC

This is my ANIMATIC for Project two. I decided not to do it on flashcards because doing this way as a storyboard helps me a whole lot more, at least for this specific project.

For project one I decided to add a new video to it. This video is a lot different from the other videos. In this video instead of focusing on camera movements, I focused on manipulating the painting and changing stuff within the painting. There was a lot of challenges I had to add a new bottle to the painting and rotoscope it in and then i had to clone stamp a lot of things in the painting when i had them move from their original location.
the point of this video is looking at it from a drunk perspective at all the crazy thinks the drunkin' mind thinks is happening when in reality it is not happening.
For some reason i keep getting an error message when I try to upload the video.

I submitted two videos for this project. The first video is on a painting called In The Cotton Field by William Walker. I chose this painting because it is black history month and it really spoke to me. I wanted to use the song freedom by Nicki Minaj because this song talks about feeling free and hope, just like the black people felt when slavery ended or how they dreamed of being free from slavery.

The second video uses the song Marilyn Monroe by Nicki Minaj with a picture of Nicki Minaj as Marilyn Monroe. I decided do do this second one because I love Nicki Minaj and this song talks about how she feels misunderstood sometimes just like how Marilyn Monroe did. This is her way of connecting with someone else and it shows a completely different side of Nicki Minaj. The images in this video become distorted to show how she is misunderstood and the last one goes from distorted to regular to show how she is overcoming it.

Both of these had their difficulties. Even thought it may not look like it is a lot of work or that hard it took me so long to do this and there were so many struggles. I am very pleased with the work I did and I think both of these move slowly through the song to add more emotion.

This is my animatic for my painting. It is a little blurry and I could not figure out how to fix that. I had to redo this so many times.

My Second Assignment was to make a bouncing ball in an environment. I decided to do two submissions for this.

For the first submission I used pictures of objects and rotoscoped them out for each frame. It was really hard because rotoscope is always so hard for me, but it does have really great benefits. Let me explain what is going on in this video. there is one ball, the orange ball, that is suppose to be the bad boy he doesn't listen and he is moving really fast through  the video and since he doesn't listen he hits the execelerate and shoots off. Then there is a soccer ball that is stuck on the back side of the excelerate, which is why is doesn't excelerate, the soccer ball is in jail and he is trying to escape. the third ball the green one comes down at the end because he was the original ball that didn't listen and exceleatre and he is coming back down to what he thinks will keep him there but instead he bounces back up.
For the second submission i tried to use the pen tool to draw what i wanted in the video. This was challenging because i am not that good at drawing regularly, so drawing on the computer was even more difficult. Then i searched effects to fight the best fighting style for my warrior is a war going on between this dinosaur creature and this man, who is suppose to be in a suit, using his lighting power. The balls represent the people who get stuck in between wars and they are just trying to escape the battle area.
